I want to sincerely thank you, for taking the time to personally educate me on something I know nothing about. I would not have thought about many of the points you brought to my attention, especially trying to buy a large and specialized part that has LOTS of variances. In the end trying to save a $100 bucks or so, could easily end up costing me a lot more.

| It is a great feeling knowing there are people out there like you, with plenty of integrity and willingness to pass on knowledge to others.
I wish you continued success,
MANY Thanks!

| Those AC parts i ordered are working well on my other 960; Thanks for your help. This is by far the best and simplest place to by parts online!! I'm in the process of restoring a 1980 262 Bertone Coupe and was also wondering if you have any parts for this rare model as well...
Thanks, Gareth

| Thank you for shipping out so fast the part we ordered. Our car is fixed and everything has worked out terrifically. We have passed on one of your business cards to our auto repair guy and we won't hesitate to recommend you to anyone who might need a part for a Volvo. We look forward to ordering from you again.
Take care!

| Thanks again for your prompt responses. Of all the emails that I received from the various companies, your's was the only one that did not appear to come as an auto generated response. Thanks for taking the time for reading what I needed and responding to my need. Other responses were no more than Spam.

Thank you for getting back to me, and all of your useful information. If more business people had our attitude, the world would be a much better place.

Thanks,
Bill.
Came by already and got a pair. Great
service and the guys were
helpful. Plenty of other items will
be needed in this restoration or
just to keep my 850 Turbo wagon going
strong. See ya again I am sure.

Thanks
for the info. I appreciate it. Considering
that I have a small dent
on the left of the front bumpber (thanks
to ignorant fools at Wal-Mart) I
think the best idea would be to buy
new ones and have them professionally
painted, do you agree?
Thanks again,

| Thanks
for your quick response. I think my

send the color sample to my home address.

Bill,
A quick note to thank you for the great
service and I'm pleased to say that
installation took something like 3 minutes....we'll
order another one in a month or so,
and send back my the malfunctioning
815....
Thanks again,

Thanks,
Cup holder works ok. Dog chewed up the
padded part of the console!
As for the wheel, the local option of
repair seems doable for about $135.
Thanks for the advice.

Hi! Gotta thank you for being so
helpful. I found a blue one on Ebay,
almost new and cheap. Thanks to you,
I made sure it had all the parts/belts...
But I really could use the instructions
you offered me. Can you e-mail them
or do you need my address? Let me
know. Thanks, MJ G.
Thank you for your response. I was
able to fix mine with a bit of solder!
Your courtesy and great price has
assured I will contact you in the
future.

| Bill,
Mechanic acquaintance came up w/ new
one for $220 (I asked him to add 20%
on for his bother). I just committed
to him. Glad to know you guys have
stuff though....will no doubt be in
touch again in the future.
Thanks,

Melvin, et al
I have ordered parts before and been
consistently pleased. Now I need a
piddling item or two that I can't
find out here on this island. My gas
cap cover broke off and the little
plastic/nylon hinge is crap and can't
be superglued or anything else. Also
had front wheels balanced and mechanic
managed to help me lose the wheel
cover..Two small items but car looks
like nobody cares when I'm driving
it. Any chance you can help? Car is
1990 740 wagon (no turbo)---you doubtlessly
have me in your computer. Looking
forward to hearing from you.
Thanks T Wyatt |
| Thanks
for your prompt response and your
honesty. I will keep this in mind
and I look forward to doing business
with you.

I
just wanted to let you know how much
Voluparts has been a great source for
me.
I was approached just today by a 740
owner about where to get parts. The
poor guy probably didn't want to know
as much as I told him about you.
I have a 945, but before that an old
240 turbo (wish I still had it....).
My last visit there was to fix the cruise
control and the short version is that
Melvin should get a raise. If all the
people working there are as patient
and knowledgeable as he, you'll be around
for a long time.
Thanks for being a business that makes
me chuckle every time I pass a factory
store and think about parts availability,
tech help and a willingness to help
novice Volvo owners.

Hi again
Bill! I received my shipment from Monday's
order very quickly (Thursday) and I
am extremely impressed with your service
and rapid response to have my order
sent!
One question though. There was an odd
shaped gasket included with the shipment
and I am unsure where that gasket goes.
Can you let me know?
Thanks again for your great service
and response to my inquiries!

I have some more questions pertaining
to the fuel gauge and sending unit,
but I will call you one of these days
for the answers. Thanks for your
quick responses.

| Bill,
thanks very much for your help with
my electrical problem a couple of
weeks ago. I have tried to give it
some time to see what happens. Clearly
as you said it was not my alternator.
If I get this resolved, then I will
need the control for the AC. I tried
to solder the loose part on the circuit
board but it didn't help.
Thanks,

Bill thanks again for your help!
what you state is of course utterly
logical. I wasn't sure if in fact
the distrib. for the marine motor
was that different!

They are for my daughter’s 940
(she’s a student at UNC) and,
as you say, they seem to crack with
old age. I’ve sent your note over
to her, and we’ll get back to
you with an order.
Appreciate your response

Thank you so much for the advice.
To be honest, I think I will take
the bolt out and see how it goes for
a while.
Thanks again.
You have a new customer!

| Greetings,
I have ordered from you before (a
modest little thermostat) but have
recommended you to several friends
and hope your business is brisk -
I've
been most pleased. At any rate...
I write to ask about the price for
a part. I need a seat belt buckle
(the
latch assembly the buckle slides into.
Can you help?
Thanks, in advance,

| Hi Bill,
Good morning! Thanks for your honest
opinions last night! What would be
the shipped cost for one speaker and
the left underdash panel to Macon
GA
Thanks,

Bill,
Just a little feedback to let you know
that your expert advice still has value,
although, I still not sure if that WD-40
fixed the problem.
My tailgate locking problem was due
to a disconnect in the wire when the
tailgate was closed.
Remember, the actuator worked when the
gate was open.A simple wire adjustment
and 1.5 hours of labor saved me quite
a bit.
You guys are GREAT
