| Warranty
All warranties are limited to the cost of the
purchased part. Cost of labor is not included.
All New parts come with
a one-year limited warranty, whether they
came from Volvo or from Volvo’s suppliers.
These new parts can be factory Volvo , OEM [original
equipment manufacturer] or aftermarket / replacement
parts.
Used parts come with a
three-month limited warranty. These parts
are usually salvaged from wrecks and are fully
tested whenever possible.
Rebuilt parts come with
a six-month limited warranty: alternators,
starters, calipers, distributors, injectors, speedometers
and steering racks. Exceptions are rebuilt air
meters and turbos, which are warrantied for one
year.
All Rebuilt parts, and similar types of Used parts,
require a temporary deposit [
“core deposit / exchange”].
That means we charge you a deposit and hold it
(from $10 to $100) until we receive your old greasy
[bad] part back here. This requires UPS or postal
shipping fees on your behalf.
Delivery
We send out most parts orders by UPS. We can
usually ship your parts the same day you order
if you call us by 3:00pm (EST). Delivery times
and expense varies by weight, distance, and
speed of delivery: Next Day Air, Second Day etc,
and Ground Service.
We do not deliver parts orders in the Atlanta
area, other than by UPS. We can ship by UPS or
you can pick up your order at our warehouse. Contact

We prefer to take most orders over the phone because
it makes the most sense. It's the easiest, quickest
and most accurate way to get what you want. But
email inquiries are welcome and we will make every
effort to fulfill requests for pricing and availability

Problems
If in the unlikely event that you get the wrong
part, call us and we will gladly take care of
it. If you order a Used part and then decide that
you don't need it, return it with original receipt
and any packaging within a few weeks and you can
get a 90% refund. Rebuilt or New parts that have
not been installed can also be returned. If you
need help diagnosing your problem, just ask us
for help. We know what sells, so if you are lucky,
your problem is shared by other owners.
